1. Who we are and what these terms cover
This site and its client area are run by C9 Studio Design, S.A. de C.V. ("C9SD", "we"), with Mexican tax ID (RFC) CSD201216A82 and address at Cerrada de Concepción Beistegui 15, Colonia Del Valle, Alcaldía Benito Juárez, Ciudad de México, C.P. 03100.
These terms cover the use of the C9SD site and the client area, where each client follows the progress of their projects. By using the site or signing in to the client area you accept them, along with the privacy notice. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
Each C9SD product (such as Coindiviso, Qrevnt or ChecaYa) has its own terms, published on its site.
2. These terms and your project contract
The scope, price, timeline, deliverables, warranty and ownership of what we build for you are governed by the proposal you accepted or the contract we signed. These terms don’t replace them: they only cover the use of the site and the client area. If anything in these terms conflicts with your contract or proposal, the contract or proposal prevails.
3. The site and the contact form
- The information on the site about services, projects and timelines is descriptive. It is not an offer: the scope and price of each project are agreed in writing.
- Writing to us through the contact form or on WhatsApp doesn’t create a contract or oblige us to take on the project.
- The products in our portfolio belong to C9SD or are shown with their owners’ permission.
4. Client area accounts
- There is no public sign-up. We create an account for each person the client names and send the access details to the email they gave us.
- Each account is personal. Keep your password secret and turn on two-factor authentication; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- If you notice unauthorized access, or someone on your team stops working with you, let us know so we can close or change that access.
- Anyone who signs in to the client area on behalf of a company confirms they are authorized by that company to do so.
5. Your project information
- In the client area we show the progress of your projects: stages, estimated dates, deliverables and the files or comments we share with you.
- Progress percentages and estimated dates are for information and may change. Committed dates and acceptance criteria are the ones in your contract or proposal.
- You only see your company’s projects. Each client is kept separate from the others.
- What you see there is confidential between you and C9SD: don’t share it outside your team without our agreement, and we don’t share your project information with third parties either, except with the providers we need to serve you.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the site or the client area to:
- Carry out illegal activities, fraud or identity theft.
- Try to access other clients’ information or break the site’s security.
- Send unsolicited messages or automate contact form submissions.
- Copy, resell or exploit the site or the client area without our permission.
7. Intellectual property
The site, its design, its copy and the C9SD brand belong to C9 Studio Design, S.A. de C.V.. Ownership of what we build for you is set by your contract or proposal.
The files, text and images you give us remain yours. You allow us to use them only to work on your project and, if we agree in writing, to show it in our portfolio.
8. Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the site and the client area available, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may carry out short maintenance without prior notice.
We are not responsible for failures caused by your internet connection, your devices or third-party services. If the client area is unavailable, write to us and we’ll send you your project status another way.
9. Limitation of liability
The site and the client area are provided as they are. We are not liable for decisions you make based only on the informational content of the site or the client area; our obligations on your project are those in your contract or proposal. This limit doesn’t restrict your rights under Mexico’s Federal Consumer Protection Law, nor does it apply where the law forbids limiting liability.
10. Suspending access
We may suspend or close a client area account if it is used unlawfully, seriously breaches these terms, or when the relationship with the client ends. Except in serious cases we’ll tell you first. If you need a copy of your project’s deliverables, ask us; we’ll send it as set out in your contract.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll publish the current version on this page with its date and, if you have a client area account, we’ll email you about important changes before they take effect.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For anything not resolved, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, unless your contract says otherwise.
13. Contact
